Welcome to TrackBay. By downloading or using this app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. 1.Purpose of the App

   TrackBay helps you track fixed monthly expenses (rent, bills, subscriptions, etc.) and set reminders. The app is provided for personal, informational purposes only.

2. 2.No Financial Advice

   TrackBay is not a bank and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You remain solely responsible for decisions you make based on information in the app.

3. 3.User Responsibilities

   • Use the app in compliance with applicable laws.
   • Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse engineer it.
   • Provide accurate information where required.

4. 4.Data & Privacy

   Your use of TrackBay is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. 5.Limitation of Liability

   TrackBay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed payments or losses resulting from use of the app.

6. 6.Termination

   We may suspend or terminate access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms or use the app in a harmful or unlawful manner.

7. 7.Changes to Terms

   We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. 8.Intellectual Property

   TrackBay, including its name, logo, design, features, and source code, is owned by Thomas Geslin and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to use the app. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of TrackBay without prior written consent.

9. 9.Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

   TrackBay offers optional premium features through in-app purchases. All billing is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and is subject to their respective terms and refund policies. We do not handle payment information directly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your device's subscription settings before the renewal date. Cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

10. 10.Account & Eligibility

    You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use TrackBay. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may only hold one account per person.

11. 11.Your Data

    You retain ownership of all data you enter into TrackBay, such as subscription details and profile information. By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to store and process this data solely to provide the service. We do not use your personal data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

12. 12.General Provisions

    If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TrackBay regarding your use of the app.

13. 13.Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Courts of France have exclusive jurisdiction.
